A PLACE WHERE good things happen

Meet the team

NYCC is the relaunch of the longstanding GHYC.

Our team of youth workers and volunteers are here to provide a safe, friendly space where young people can spend time with friends, try new activities and feel part of the community. Since our full launch in September 2024, we’ve introduced more themed sessions, creative projects and sports activities for everyone to enjoy.

The Youth Club runs every Wednesday and Friday evening, offering a mix of games, workshops, sports and wellbeing sessions that help build confidence and friendships.

As we move through our second year and head into the winter, NYCC is becoming an even bigger part of the community with more young people joining, more volunteers getting involved and more opportunities to take part in fun and positive activities.

We are currently recruiting a paid Youth Support Worker.
