Shaping Youth Mental Health Across Cheshire & Merseyside – *21st November deadline to get views heard

💬 Have Your Say: Help Shape the Future for Young People in Cheshire & Merseyside!

We’re incredibly grateful for the support received so far across the region.
However, our area still has limited youth voice representation,
and we’re keen to change that before the survey closes on
21st November.

🗣️ 1. Share the CYP Survey

We’re gathering the voices of children and young people through youth groups,
schools, and community settings. Please help us share the survey widely!

👉 Take the CYP Survey

Posters with QR codes for younger and older age groups are available. Please display
and distribute these in youth spaces, schools, and community venues.

🤝 2. Connect Us with Youth Voice Groups

Do you know of youth cabinets, participation groups, or forums in Sefton we haven’t reached yet?
Please share contact details or help us arrange a visit. We’d love to hear directly
from young people.

📋 3. Complete the Provider Survey

This short survey will help shape how emotional wellbeing and early mental health
support is funded and delivered across Cheshire & Merseyside.

💻 4. Join Our Online Events

We’re hosting two online events in partnership with Youth Focus North West to showcase
their new Synergy programme and gather insights from professionals across the region:

🌍 Why This Matters

With 50 new Youth Hubs set to launch nationally and no early adopter sites currently
covering Cheshire & Merseyside, this is a critical time to make sure
Sefton’s young people are heard.
Your input will help evidence the need and secure funding for our area.

This work is led by the Change & Integration Programme in
partnership with the VCSE sector, commissioned by the 9 Directors of Children’s
Services and the Integrated Care Board. It supports the National Youth Strategy and
future funding bids such as the Better Future Funds.

Thank you for helping us build a brighter future for children and young people in Sefton. 💛
